What you need

Connect CleverTap in 2 steps
- Open project settings
CleverTap → Settings → Project. Account ID (the API calls it Project ID) and Passcode are both on that page.

Match the subdomain of your dashboard URL (eu1, in1, sg1, us1, aps3, mec1). EU is the one region whose API host carries no prefix.
Enter credentials only in your Sondola workspace. Keep keys out of screenshots, public repositories and support messages.
What Sondola asks you for
CleverTap → Settings → Project. The API calls it Account ID (header X-CleverTap-Account-Id).
Same Settings → Project page (header X-CleverTap-Passcode). It is account-wide and read-write, there is no read-only credential, so keep it here and nowhere else.

Secrets are stored encrypted in your workspace, in a vault kept separate from the application database. Sondola never shows them again.

Once a day. Most tools refresh once or twice a day, and every number shows when it was read.

Troubleshooting
The test passes but no reading appears.
The collector runs on its schedule, so a successful test does not mean a reading has landed. Check the source's data-through date and the metric's reporting period, and treat a missing reading as missing, not zero.
A number differs from CleverTap.
Compare the definition, unit and reporting period with the same number in CleverTap before treating a difference as an error. When a stored reading changes, its history keeps the old value, the new value and the reason.
