BetaConnect Adjust to Sondola
What Sondola reads from Adjust: installs, sessions, daily actives and revenue. Read-only, with the source and period beside every number.
In beta. You can connect it today and it is built to the vendor's documented API, but it has not yet run for long across many workspaces. Check its first readings against the tool itself.
Read-only. Sondola never changes your data in Adjust.

What you need
- An Adjust user who can see the app you want reported. A dedicated reporting user is sensible, because the token belongs to one person.
Collection timing and the period a reading covers are separate. Check the source's data-through date as well as the metric's reporting period.
Connect Adjust in 3 steps
- Open your profile
In Adjust press the settings icon at the bottom left, choose Account settings, then the My profile tab.
Adjust: finding your API token ↗ - Copy the API token
It is under User Details. Companies that sign in with single sign-on do not see it. Ask your Adjust contact for one.
- Pick the app
Save and test lists the apps this token can see. Choose the one these numbers come from.
Enter credentials only in your Sondola workspace. Keep keys out of screenshots, public repositories and support messages.
What Sondola asks you for
Adjust, the settings icon at the bottom left, Account settings, My profile, User Details, API Token.
The token belongs to one Adjust user and sees only that user's apps. Pressing Reset API token in Adjust stops the old one at once.Secrets are stored encrypted in your workspace, in a vault kept separate from the application database. Sondola never shows them again.
Permissions

- Pressing Reset API token in Adjust stops the old one at once.
Refresh and first reading
Twice a day. Most tools refresh once or twice a day, and every number shows when it was read.
Save and test lists your apps. Each week or month is read as one report for that exact date range, so daily active users are Adjust's own average for the period.
Troubleshooting
Save and test rejects the credential.
The token belongs to one Adjust user and sees only that user's apps. Pressing Reset API token in Adjust stops the old one at once.
The test passes but no reading appears.
Adjust is a Pick the metric source. A working connection produces nothing until you choose a metric and its period. Then check the metric's reporting period and the source's data-through date.
A number differs from Adjust.
Compare the definition, unit and reporting period with the same number in Adjust before treating a difference as an error. When a stored reading changes, its history keeps the old value, the new value and the reason.
