What you need
- Adapty app owners and admins.
Collection timing and the period a reading covers are separate. Check the source's data-through date as well as the metric's reporting period.
Connect Adapty in 2 steps
- Open the app's settings
Adapty → App settings → General → SDK and API keys.
Adapty: server-side API ↗ - Copy the Secret key
The secret key, not the public SDK key. Keys are per app: connect each app separately.
Enter credentials only in your Sondola workspace. Keep keys out of screenshots, public repositories and support messages.
What Sondola asks you for
Adapty → App settings → General → section 7, SDK and API keys → Secret key. Per app. Sent as Authorization: Api-Key, not Bearer.
The Developer API token under Settings is a different credential and will be rejected here.Secrets are stored encrypted in your workspace, in a vault kept separate from the application database. Sondola never shows them again.
Permissions
- A per-app Secret API key from Adapty App settings, sent as Authorization: Api-Key.
- Sondola uses it only to read analytics charts.
Refresh and first reading
Twice a day. Most tools refresh once or twice a day, and every number shows when it was read.
Save and test reads one analytics chart. Sent as Authorization: Api-Key.
Troubleshooting
Save and test rejects the credential.
The Developer API token under Settings is a different credential and will be rejected here.
The test passes but no reading appears.
Adapty is a Pick the metric source. A working connection produces nothing until you choose a metric and its period. Then check the metric's reporting period and the source's data-through date.
A number differs from Adapty.
Compare the definition, unit and reporting period with the same number in Adapty before treating a difference as an error. When a stored reading changes, its history keeps the old value, the new value and the reason.
